About Us

The Eta Rho Chapter of Zeta Beta Tau is a true powerhouse on campus, founded in 2012 with initially 6 Men of strong character we are now an extensive and diverse brotherhood that represents the values of our credo.

Some of our accomplishments have been:
  • National recognition for its programming and excellence in recruitment
  • FIU's 2016 Fraternity of the Year
  • Raised over $60,000 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals
  • Introduced groundbreaking sexual assault prevention programming (Green Light Go!)
  • Introduced an annual university wide Holocaust Day of remembrance in partnership with the office of the president as homage to our Jewish heritage
  • Highest GPA of the Inter-fraternity council fraternities of our size
  • Recognized as a "Five-Star Organization" by Florida International University for excellent academic and social records

Our chapter is known for its diversity while maintaining the standard of continuously initiating Men of Good Character. The Eta Rho chapter strides to excel in all the aspects of the ideal fraternity experience reflected through our organizational values of Intellectual Awareness, Social Responsibility, Integrity, and Brotherly Love. As we search for potential new members, our chapter strives to initiate men of good character who demonstrate these values.
The Powerhouse of Excellence.
